2 Ingredient High Protein Crepes
If you have a hard time getting enough protein in, try these 2 ingredient high protein crepes. They’re so easy and pack 50 grams (yes, five-zero) of protein by themselves.

If your goal is to hit 100 grams of protein per day, just make these and you’ll literally be halfway there.
They’re so easy and even more delicious filled with vanilla greek yogurt, berries, and topped with chocolate or maple syrup (or both).
Here’s how to make them + all my tips and tricks.
What You’ll Need
Equipment
- Blender: I use myย Vitamix.
- Frying pan: I use a 10 inch nonstick pan.
Ingredients
- Egg whites: I grab these at Costco since we use them constantly, but you can find them at Walmart and most other grocery stores.
- Vanilla protein powder: I use theย Optimum Nutrition vanilla ice creamย protein powder. Make sure to use a powder you know and love as it changes the taste.
How To Make Them
- Blend: In your blender, add the egg whites and protein powder and blend until just combined. Try not to over-blend as this makes it super fluffy. Just 5-10 seconds is all.
- Cook: Set the pan on medium heat and lightly grease with a little butter or cooking spray. Pour a bit of the batter in at a time, rotating the pan to coat the bottom. Wait until it starts to bubble a bit, then gently lift up the edges and flip with a spatula. These will cook quickly since they’re thin. Repeat until all the batter is used – makes about 4-6 crepes, depending on what size pan you use.
- Decorate: I love to add some vanilla greek yogurt and berries in the middle, roll them up, then top with chocolate and/or maple syrup! Some cinnamon is delicious as well.

Tips
- Don’t over blend: As mentioned above, blending too long will fluff up the egg whites and create more separation in the batter while you’re cooking. Only blend for about 5-10 seconds.
- Stir before pouring: Gently swirl the batter in your blender before pouring to combine any foam that has separated on top.
- Cooking: The first crepe is usually the trickiest to flip for whatever reason. Just make sure your crepes aren’t too thin when pouring the batter. If you’re using a 10 inch pan like I am, 4-5 crepes is the sweet spot. Make sure to lightly grease the pan in between each crepe.
