Carrot Orange Healthy Skin Juice
Does your skin need a little extra love? Drink your skincare with this naturally bright, nutrient-rich juice made with fresh carrot, orange, lemon and ginger. It’s quick to make, supports hydration, and an easy addition to any wellness routine.

I’ve been loving starting my day with this stuff you guys. It’s so delicious and feels amazing to do a little extra something for myself first thing in the morning. You’re never gonna catch me spending $14 on a single bottle of cold pressed juice when I can make it better and cheaper at home!
Why You’ll Love This For Your Skin
Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which our bodies convert into vitamin A, supporting skin cell turnover and overall skin health. Oranges and lemons are high in vitamin C, boosting collagen production, skin elasticity and firmness. Ginger has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, supports healthy circulation and gut health. Safe to say, your skin will thank you!
What You’ll Need
Equipment
- Juicer: I have and love this inexpensive juicer from Amazon. I highly recommend a juicer as I’ve found carrots don’t work well with the blender method.
- Fine mesh strainer: For extra smooth juice.
- Peeler
- Cutting board and knife
Ingredients
- Whole carrots
- Oranges
- Lemons
- Ginger

How To Make It
- Prep ingredients: Wash, peel and cut produce into chunks.
- Juice & strain: Run each ingredient through the juicer, then pour through a fine mesh strainer (optional) to remove any remaining pulp. Stir well to blend flavors.
To Store
Store homemade juice in an airtight glass container (like a mason jar) to help preserve freshness and nutrients. Refrigerate immediately and shake well before drinking, as natural separation is normal. This juice is best enjoyed within 3 days for optimal flavor and color.
Pro Tips
- If you’re making this for individual servings, consider storing in single-serve glass jars so you can grab and go without repeatedly opening one large container.
- Try my carrot cake protein smoothie, carrot cake protein baked oats, carrot cake overnight oats, or healthy carrot cake muffins to reuse leftover carrot pulp.
