What You’ll Need
- Rolled oats: Aka, old fashioned oats. The best kind of oats for overnight oats, since they absorb the liquid and become creamy and delicious!
- Chia seeds: Adds healthy fats and tiny bit of extra protein.
- Non-fat plain greek yogurt: I use greek yogurt for more protein. Sub regular yogurt, dairy-free yogurt, anything you like.
- Vanilla protein powder: Iโm using 1UP Nutrition vanilla ice cream (code โJayceeโ for 20% off).
- Unsweetened almond milk: Or any milk you prefer.
- Frozen wild blueberries: As these thaw, they turn the oats a really pretty purple color. They thaw quickly so there’s no need to wait before you add them in.
How To Make It
- Add all ingredients to a small container, mason jar, or anything that has a lid. Stir together and store in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.

Why Frozen Blueberries?
Frozen blueberries:
- Are just a nutritious as fresh.
- Are often a lot cheaper.
- Turn the oats a pretty purple color as they thaw.
- Can be stored for much longer so you can make more easy blueberry protein overnight oats whenever you want! ๐
