Chia pudding always leaves me feeling hungry in about 30 minutes, so I made a high protein version. This raspberry flavor is refreshing yet satisfying and so easy to make. Here’s everything you’ll need!

What You’ll Need

Equipment
Ingredients
  • Fat free milk: I use Fairlife. Can sub milk of choice.
  • Non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • Vanilla extract: I use imitation vanilla.
  • Sweetener of choice: Maple syrup, honey, agave, whatever you prefer. I use either sugar free maple syrup or Truvia.
  • Raspberries: Fresh or frozen.
  • Vanilla protein powder: I love the 1UP Nutrition vanilla ice cream protein (use code “Jaycee” for 20% off).
  • Chia seeds

How To Make It

  1. Blend milk, vanilla, maple syrup, yogurt, raspberries and protein powder until smooth. Pour into cup or container and stir in chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes so chia seeds start to gel, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  2. Store in the fridge overnight, or minimum of 2 hours. Enjoy as is or with more raspberries, peanut butter, granola, whatever you love!

To Store/Meal Prep

I love these cute glass jars from Amazon for meal prepping. Can store in the fridge up to 4 days.
