Just toss all of the ingredients into a jar, mix it up, and throw it in the fridge before you go to bed. Prep a couple more while you’re at it for an easy breakfast meal prep. Here’s everything you’ll need and how to make them!

What You’ll Need

  • Rolled oats: Aka, old fashioned oats. The best kind of oats for overnight oats, since they absorb the liquid and become creamy and delicious!
  • Chia seeds: Or ground flax seeds.
  • Dannon strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt: I use this specific yogurt to get that strawberry cheesecake flavor and add protein. For best results, don’t skip or substitute!
  • Vanilla protein powder: Iโ€™m using 1UP Nutrition vanilla ice cream (code โ€œJayceeโ€ for 20% off).
  • Unsweetened almond milk: Or milk of choice.
  • Salt: Just a tiny pinch.
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Graham crackers: Optional, for topping.

How To Make It

  1. Add all ingredients to a small container, mason jar, or anything that has a lid. Stir together and store in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.

  1. I want to make this but I do t have protein powder (I canโ€™t afford it Iโ€™m a single mom of 5 beautiful kids & Iโ€™m currently disabled suffering with pseudo tumors on my brain and liver disease so money is super tight /almost non existent Iโ€™m waiting to get approved for SSI- sorry for the long explanation) can you make your over night oats without the protein powders? Iโ€™ve been wanting to make/try overnight oats for so long and yours look soooo good!

    1. Hi Sara,
Yes, you can make these without the protein powder. You will lose some sweetness without it, so I’d recommend adding 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey. Wishing you and you family well โค๏ธ.
