Mediterranean Steak Salad
This Mediterranean steak salad is made with grass-fed beef sirloin, hummus, tzatziki, and tons of fresh veggies for a healthy, flavorful lunch that’s perfect all year round.

What You’ll Need
- Romaine lettuce
- Grass-fed beef sirloin: To make this super easy, I use the pre-cooked pack from Costco. Comes sliced and everything.
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Olives: I like black olives, but any kind you choose.
- Crumbled feta
- Pickled onions: Or raw red onion.
- Hummus: I make this easy lemon garlic hummus. Can sub store-bought.
- Non fat plain greek yogurt
- Dill
- Lemon juice
- Sea salt + garlic powder

How To Make It
- Make the hummus: I use this easy lemon garlic hummus recipe. If using store-bought you can skip this step.
- Make the tzatziki: In a small bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
- Prep the veggies: Wash and dry your veggies, then chop (I love chopping everything very small so I can eat it with a spoon).
- Assemble: In a large salad bowl, add lettuce, steak, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, pickled onion, hummus and tzatziki. Enjoy!
Tips
- Steak: If you’re not using pre-cooked, season and cook your steak before prepping the rest.
- Season to taste: Adjust salt levels to taste. I taste the tzatziki and hummus as I go and add more salt if I need.
- Favorite salad bowls: Not necessary, but love for serving.
