What Youโ€™ll Need

Equipment
Ingredients
  • Canned peaches: I use the no sugar added peach slices.
  • 2% low fat cottage cheese
  • Unsweetened almond milk: Or milk of choice.
  • Vanilla protein powder: See my recs below!
  • Sugar Free Jell-O pudding mix: I like theย white chocolateย one best. You could use vanilla as well.
  • Sweetener: I like Truvia.

How To Make It

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your creami pint and cover with lid.
  2. Freeze: Place in the freezer (make sure itโ€™s level) and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours. I usually make these the night before, but Iโ€™ve also made them first thing in the morning and had them later that night.
  3. Spin: Run on the โ€œlight ice creamโ€ function, then add 1 tbsp more of milk or water and re-spin.

Tips

  • Run under hot water: When I first take my creami out of the freezer, I like to run it under hot water for a few seconds to help get rid of that outer icy layer.
  • Softer ice cream: Make a softer, fluffier ice cream by re-spinning a third time.
  • Mix-ins: I love adding some homemade vanilla sea salt granola to this peach ice cream.
