The peaches are too good right now to not be enjoying them. I’ve been loving them in this greek yogurt bowl because it’s so easy to throw together and it just hits the spot every time. It’s healthy, high protein, and delicious. What more could you want?

What You’ll Need

  • Non fat greek yogurt: Plain or vanilla (I use plain).
  • Ripe peaches
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Granola: Here’s my homemade granola recipe that I always use. Can sub your favorite granola if you prefer!

How To Make It

  1. Make the granola: If you don’t have some already, make the homemade granola. I have a separate recipe post for it here. As mentioned before, you can sub another granola if you prefer.
  2. Choose your yogurt: I have been loving plain greek yogurt – I think the tartness compliments the sweet toppings beautifully. If you like your yogurt sweeter, I would use vanilla. Add your yogurt to a small bowl.
  3. Add the toppings: Slice up your peaches however you’d like, then add them onto the yogurt. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon, drizzle with honey, and top it off with the granola. Enjoy immediately!

Tips

  • Refrigerate the peaches: If you can, remember to throw your peach in the fridge the night before (or at least a few hours). They’re so delicious chilled.
  • Customize your bowl: Use your favorite greek yogurt and/or granola to make this bowl exactly how you love it.

FAQs

  • How to tell if my peaches are ripe?: Your peaches are ripe when they are a darker yellow color (sometimes red too) and are slightly soft when gently squeezed.
  • What yogurt and granola match the nutrition info listed?: For the exact nutrition info listed, use Chobani non fat plain greek yogurt, and my homemade granola recipe (or look for a greek yogurt and granola with similar nutrition to get close).
  • How long does the granola last?: My homemade granola lasts up to a month at room temp. Store in the freezer if you need it longer!
