Meal Prep
While Iโve got the ingredients out, I like to make a few more – I use these cuteย glass jars from Amazon. Store up to 4 days.
Pumpkin Health Benefits
- Vitamin A – amazing for your eyes and immune system.
- Antioxidants – Including beta-carotene (the stuff that gives pumpkin its orange color), which can benefit your skin health, and naturally boosts the body’s defense against UV rays from the sun.
- Vitamin C – this helps boost your immune system and aids in natural collagen formation.
- Fiber – foods higher in fiber take longer to digest, which can make you feel fuller for longer.
- Magnesium – helps muscles recover after exercising and relaxes your nervous system.
Safe to say, pumpkin is one of the best superfoods out there. It’s high in nutrients, low in calories, and so delicious combined with the right things. And with these oats, you can easily incorporate more in your diet.
