Tracking

If you are tracking your meals/macros, you can easily input these recipes as a “custom food” in whatever app you are using with just a few simple steps. Here are instructions on how to create a food for 3 great food tracking apps.

My Fitness Pal

  1. Click “More” with the 3 dots in the bottom right area of your screen.
  2. Go to “My Meals, Recipes & Foods”
  3. Click on “Foods”, then “Create a Food” at the very bottom.
  4. Enter the recipe name, serving size, and macronutrients, then hit the check mark in the upper right corner to save.
  5. To input, go to your diary and click “add food”, then “My Foods”, and you will find it there.

Cronometer

  1. Click “Foods” at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Go to “Custom Foods” and click “Create Food”.
  3. Enter recipe name, serving size, and macronutrients, hit “Next”, then “Save Food”
  4. To input, go to your diary, click the plus button for the meal you are adding it to, then “add food”. Click “Custom” at the top of your screen and you will find it there.

Macros First

  1. Click the spoon and fork symbol at the bottom center of your screen.
  2. Go to “Foods” at the top, then click the plus button right above that. Click “Create Food”.
  3. Enter recipe name, serving size, and macronutrients, then hit the check mark at the top right.
  4. To input, go to your diary/calendar, click the plus button for the meal you are adding it to, click “Foods”, and you’ll find it there.

After you’ve created a food, it will always be there, so you can track it whenever you want!
