Cottage Cheese Caesar Dressing
This lightened up cottage cheese Caesar dressing is easy on the macros but packed with flavor. Enjoy on your favorite Caesar salads, wraps and more!

I love finding ways to make sauces a little more macro-friendly. They can seriously change the game if you want to keep your salads saucy (cause who likes dry salad?) while being mindful of calories.
This stuff has 1/2 the calories of regular Caesar dressing (in some cases even less), and nearly double the volume. So you can have more for less! Here’s how to make it.
What You’ll Need
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2% low fat cottage cheese: I use Daisy.
- Parmesan cheese: Fresh grated.
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Dijon mustard
- Milk: I use Fairlife fat free milk. Can sub milk of choice.
- Salt + pepper
How To Make It
- Add to blender: Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor.
- Blend: Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Adjust consistency: Stir in more milk until desired consistency.

Tips
- Garlic: If you’re worried about any surprise garlic chunks in your dressing, mince the garlic before adding.
- Adjust to taste: Add more salt or pepper based on your preferences. Add more lemon juice for more acidity.
To Store
Store extra Caesar dressing in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days. Since it doesn’t contain any preservatives like store bought, it unfortunately won’t last as long.

Delicious. IMO this tastes very similar to a Caesar dressing. No mayo. No oils. This is my new go to!!
